Whitewashed vaults, original flooring from 1614 and the crackling fire in the old oven in the manor house kitchen creates an atmospheric setting for enjoying the gastronomic delights. The chef Preben Madsen runs the restaurant's kitchen, where the focus is on serving food that tastes delicious all the way through. Preben's ingredients are therefore mainly supplied by local producers, Sønderskov's communal garden or the nature surrounding the manor.
